Your assessment information

When you complete the form, CertifiedGreenBiz receives your email, site details, answers and consent choices. We recalculate and save the assessment privately to deliver your report and support your requested review.

Assessment contents and evidence are encrypted in the website database. Only your verified account and authorised administrators can access private records. Your report is also sent through our email provider, so keep your inbox secure.

Unclaimed assessments expire after 30 days. Claimed assessments remain in your account for review and historical records; contact CGB to request deletion. Uploaded evidence expires after 90 days. Supported documents may be read on our server to prepare review drafts. Extracted bill text is private and removed when its evidence is removed or expires; no external AI service receives these documents. Backups and your email copies may retain information after active storage is deleted.

Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn through every results email or your account. We keep a separate contact record and dated consent history to manage these preferences. Assessment deletion or expiry does not automatically erase the separate consent record; contact us to request deletion. Essential service messages are separate. Nothing is published to the directory without separate permission and approval.
